Results are not made in one hour sessions every week. Results come from life changes that are adhered to over periods of time to allow the body to change itself in order to make it easier to continue doing those activities.
Online coaching is all about behaviour change. Teaching people about nutrition. Providing workouts for the entire week for you to go and perform. Checking in with you twice a week to make sure you're doing what has been asked of you. And changing things if results slow down a little. Online coaching is the most efficient way for you to get the results you need.
